Algorithmics is an International Coding School for Kids from 5-17 years-old teaching Visual Programming, Python and Game Design. We are in a global network of 55 countries, 300 cities and more than 250,000 students. Currently, Algorithmics Vietnam, which was launched in 2020, has expanded to 4 locations in HCMC and is growing exponentially.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

JOB DESCRIPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Logistical<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Collaborate with HR to evaluate applications for Teacher and positions at designated campuses.<\/li>
  • Propose recommended salary levels and approving offers for Teacher candidates provided by HR<\/li>
  • Working with the operations department on scheduling to identify required teacher hours and overall academic staff efficiency and forecast future needs<\/li>
  • Ensure new academic staff are introduced to their LM (AC\/ST) at their assigned campus and are fully onboarded into their roles (in line with company policy)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Academic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Achieving target KPIs at assigned campuses<\/li>
    • Uphold academic standards through regular and irregular quality assurance measures<\/li>
    • Collaborate with the Service Manager to build academic community, service and quality<\/li>
    • Oversee campus-based events<\/li>
    • As possible teach cover classes, trials, catch-ups and a minimum of 3 regular classes (non peak hours)<\/li>
    • Deliver training for academic staff at a campus level<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Group Supervisor responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Track Student progress of groups<\/li>
      • CPR is at a standard<\/li>
      • Raise any concerns to necessary stakeholders<\/li>
      • Collaborate with teachers and liaise across departments to support with student progress and quality lesson delivery<\/li>
      • In cases of student difficulty or complaint, follow escalation procedures as necessary<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Verbal and written English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0 (no certification required, CV must be in English)<\/li>
          • Highly organized, attentive to detail and proactive problem solver<\/li>
          • Confident & professional communicator<\/li>
          • 1-year experience working in a supervisory role preferred<\/li>
          • Minimum 2 years experience working in education<\/li>
          • Have a passion for education and loves working with children<\/li>
          • Tech proficient - Google Suites and or Microsoft Office - not afraid of learning new skills<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
