On a beautiful day in July, Algorithmics students had the opportunity to embark on a surprising journey at the Alluvia Chocolate Factory. The prosperous land of Cho Gao welcomed them with a unique off-site program. Over 24 hours, they transformed into chocolate-tech artisans, engaging in the process of chocolate production and connecting technology with the chocolate manufacturing industry.<\/p>\n

The off-site event was not only about enjoying the excitement of making chocolate but also provided students with the chance to participate and gain a deeper understanding of the chocolate production process from raw materials to finished products. They were guided through the steps of harvesting cacao beans, processing, and production to craft delicious chocolate bars.<\/p>\n

An essential part of the off-site event was guiding students to program for the value of the product. They learned how to calculate the costs and real value of each chocolate bar they created.
