JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service (parents and students premium experience)

  • Assist Full- time Service staff to deliver excellent customer service journeys for parents and students, from the start to the point of re-enrollment.  
  • Demonstrate professional, proactive and supportive manner with Parents through face to face, service hotline phone calls and email interaction with guidance from Line Manager and Senior Service staff.  
  • Interact with Programming Tutors and Teachers on a daily basis to ensure student’s smooth learning experience in both offline and online classrooms. 
  • Monitor students’ attendance and safely pick-up by parents.
  • To be trained and support parent touchpoint appointments (parent session, graduation) only when  assigned by Line Manager on special occasions. 
  • Follow strictly potential parents/students’ welcoming procedure
  • Deliver the welcoming, warm atmosphere and maintain a positive demeanor for everyone entering the campus.

Campus Operations & Admin

  • Support Full-Time staff to maintain and keep track of campus’s facilities, inventory, procurement procedures on a daily basis.
  • Enhance fun, safe learning environment, high quality classroom experience for all students
  • Daily reinforcement for campus’ looks and feels 
  • Align and take assigned actions from Line Manager on students’ catching-up booking
  • Support campus event and service related tasks based on assigned task from Line Manager
  • Ensure campus opening and closing checklist are followed strictly
