In the 2023 edition of Coder of Legends, over 200 participants of varying ages, including both seasoned Algoers and enthusiastic newcomers joined the competition. Despite their unfamiliarity with this contemporary subject, the newbies, thanks to dedicated workshops, gained insights and learned how to create their own projects.
The competition consists of three categories: Scratch Olympics Junior, Scratch Olympics Senior, and Web Design Hackathon. Each category corresponds to different age groups, skill levels, and competition themes. Participants in each category are actively involved in corresponding workshops, which run for 2 hours and 30 minutes and feature specialized mentors from Algorithmics Vietnam.
Throughout these workshops, participants receive guidance not only on their competition projects but also on in-depth understanding of creative thinking, planning, and project execution. Whether new to programming or experienced, all students have the opportunity to shape their projects and gain insights into the complexities of project development. Mentor guidance ensures that even those unfamiliar with programming can actively participate and excel.

Coder of Legends - the competition for the new generation of coders is gradually approaching its conclusion. After several rounds of scoring and voting, Algorithmics has selected the top 12 projects that have made it to the finals of Coder of Legends. Let's take a look at these 12 fantastic projects by young coders!
Coder of Legends - An International Competition for the New Coder Generation of Programmers" is the most anticipated competition in 2023. With the explosion of Artificial Intelligence (A.I) and the limitless potential of technology, this competition is an excellent platform for the new generation of programmers to showcase their talents and shape their future careers.
This is not only a competition but also a playground where children aged 7-15 can explore and develop their coding skills. The competition includes various categories such as Scratch Olympics Junior, Scratch Olympics Senior, and Web Design Hackathon, offering different challenges suitable for the age and skills of each participant.
Beyond being an ideal playground, Coder of Legends also offers attractive prizes. With three first prizes worth 3,000,000 VND each, nine second prizes worth 1,000,000 VND each, and twelve encouragement prizes worth 500,000 VND each, along with many gifts from Algorithmics, the competition serves not only as encouragement but also as motivation for these "tech seedlings" to build their careers in the field of programming.

The end of the year is a time for people to come together, have fun, and enjoy the festive atmosphere. For the young coders at Algorithmics, this is also an opportunity for them to unleash their creativity and express themselves. To bring the young coders a memorable end-of-year celebration, Algorithmics is organizing the Mingle & Jingle - Algorithmics event with many exciting activities.
Mingle & Jingle is an end-of-year event organized by Algorithmics for young coders. The Algorithmics event provides a space for young coders to have fun, be creative, and express themselves.
At the Mingle & Jingle event, young coders will be able to participate in the following exciting activities:
Christmas tree decorating: This is the most anticipated activity at the event. Young coders will be able to decorate a Christmas tree according to their own ideas. The most beautiful and unique Christmas tree will receive a prize from Algorithmics.
Snowman Bowling game: This is a fun and exciting game for young coders. The children will be able to create their own version of the Bowling game with snowmen as obstacles.
Creative coloring challenge: This activity helps young coders to develop their creativity. The children will be able to color Christmas decorations according to their preferences.
Mingle & Jingle is a festive and memorable end-of-year event for young coders. The event provides a space for young coders to have fun, be creative, and express themselves.

Young coders can participate in the Christmas tree decorating contest to showcase their creativity, play the Snowman Bowling game to enjoy the festive atmosphere, or do the Creative Coloring Challenge to create unique Christmas decorations.
Make new friends with like-minded people: Mingle & Jingle is an opportunity for young coders to make new friends with like-minded people. The children can chat, play, and learn from each other.

Cuối năm là thời điểm để mọi người cùng nhau sum họp, vui chơi và tận hưởng không khí lễ hội. Với các coders nhí của Algorithmics, đây cũng là dịp để các em thỏa sức sáng tạo và thể hiện bản thân. Và để mang đến cho các em một đêm hội cuối năm thật đáng nhớ, sự kiện Algorithmics: Mingle & Jingle với nhiều hoạt động thú vị và hấp dẫn.
Mingle & Jingle là một đêm hội cuối năm do Algorithmics tổ chức dành cho các coders nhí. Sự kiện mang đến cho các em một không gian vui chơi, sáng tạo. Từ đó trẻ thỏa sức thể hiện bản thân.
Trong đêm hội Mingle & Jingle, các coders nhí sẽ được tham gia các hoạt động thú vị và hấp dẫn sau:
Cuộc thi trang trí cây thông Noel: Đây là hoạt động được mong chờ nhất trong đêm hội. Các coders sẽ được tự tay trang trí cây thông Noel theo ý tưởng của mình. Không những thế, đến với trò chơi mang tính teamwork này, trẻ cần phải làm việc, thảo luận và cùng nhau lên ý tưởng để trang trí cây thông đẹp nhất. Cây thông Noel đẹp nhất, độc đáo nhất sẽ nhận được giải thưởng từ Algorithmics.
Trò chơi Bowling cùng người tuyết: Đây là một trò chơi vui nhộn và hấp dẫn dành cho các coders. Các em sẽ được tự tay tạo ra phiên bản trò chơi Bowling của riêng mình với người tuyết làm vật cản.
Thử thách tô màu sáng tạo: Đây là hoạt động giúp các coders phát huy khả năng sáng tạo của mình. Các em sẽ được tô màu lên những vật dụng trang trí Xmas theo ý thích.

Các em có thể tham gia cuộc thi trang trí cây thông Noel để thể hiện khả năng sáng tạo của mình, chơi trò chơi Bowling cùng người tuyết để tận hưởng không khí lễ hội, hoặc tô màu sáng tạo để tạo ra những vật dụng trang trí Xmas độc đáo.
Giao lưu, kết bạn với các bạn cùng sở thích: Mingle & Jingle là dịp để các coders nhí giao lưu, kết bạn với các bạn cùng sở thích. Các em có thể cùng nhau trò chuyện, vui chơi và học hỏi từ nhau.

With the explosion of Artificial Intelligence (A.I) and the unlimited potential of technology, Coder of Legends is the place for the new generation of programmers to showcase their talents and build the future for society as a whole. The Coder of Legends- an international competition is where contestants demonstrate their creativity, proactiveness, and adaptability in this ever-changing world.
In this era of technological advancement, artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly important in both work and daily life. The young generation of today will not only be technology consumers but will also be the creators of change and development in the future. They are the "technology seedlings" filled with knowledge and creativity, ready to face the challenges of the digital world.
To provide a foundation for self-discovery and strong future development, Algorithmics organizes an international competition for young programmers: Coder of Legends. This is not just a competition; it's also a playground for children to demonstrate their abilities.
At Coder of Legends, no matter who you are, where you come from, whether you have a programming background or not, you can register to participate. This competition is for children aged 7-15 from around the world.
Not only offers attractive and valuable prizes but also provides numerous significant benefits for the "technology seedlings," the future generation of programmers:
For children without a programming background, Coder of Legends is a playground where they can experience coding. From this experience, they can discover their interests, strengths, and future career directions.
Children will understand and execute the process from sketching ideas to project implementation, creating games, developing websites, and finally perfecting them. This practical experience will help them accumulate real-world skills.
Beyond the national scale, Coder of Legends also creates opportunities for contestants to connect with a community of students, teachers, and instructors from 15 different countries.

In the fast-paced life where technology is deeply integrated into every aspect, bridging the gap between learning and real-world application has become exceptionally crucial. With the aim to deliver truly meaningful and enriching experiences to learners, Algorithmics organized an off-site event titled "Code Your Chocolate" at the Alluvia Chocolate Factory. Let's join us in uncovering this creative journey and the nexus between technology and chocolate production in this off-site event.
On a beautiful day in July, Algorithmics students had the opportunity to embark on a surprising journey at the Alluvia Chocolate Factory. The prosperous land of Cho Gao welcomed them with a unique off-site program. Over 24 hours, they transformed into chocolate-tech artisans, engaging in the process of chocolate production and connecting technology with the chocolate manufacturing industry.
The off-site event was not only about enjoying the excitement of making chocolate but also provided students with the chance to participate and gain a deeper understanding of the chocolate production process from raw materials to finished products. They were guided through the steps of harvesting cacao beans, processing, and production to craft delicious chocolate bars.
An essential part of the off-site event was guiding students to program for the value of the product. They learned how to calculate the costs and real value of each chocolate bar they created. This awakened their knowledge and applied thinking, demonstrating that technology not only applies to production but also determines the true value of a product.
Beyond production, the event also delivered unique creative experiences. Students had the opportunity to shape their own chocolate bars, fostering not only moments of joy but also promoting creativity and personalization in each product.
The "Code Your Chocolate" off-site event at the Alluvia Chocolate Factory opened a door for Algorithmics students to explore how technology can harmonize with chocolate production. They not only learned the production process but also recognized the genuine value of this connection. This serves as a clear example of how learning and real-world engagement can intertwine to provide distinctive and beneficial experiences for the future of the students. Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) has gradually become an essential part of modern life, affecting various aspects of society. One of the fields that A.I. is significantly impacting is education. A.I. is being applied to children's learning, opening up a promising future with more modern and advanced learning approaches.
In recent years, especially during the Covid-19 period of social distancing, the way technology is used in education has brought significant changes to both the national and global education systems. According to a survey by Edtech company Promethean, up to 86% of teachers and students believe that A.I. is an important part of education.
With A.I., learning has become more flexible and effectively personalized. Automated learning applications can track students' learning progress, generate exercises and automatic assessments, thereby optimizing learning and ensuring continuous progress. Additionally, the ability to analyze data and create interactive content has surpassed the limitations of traditional teaching methods. A.I. allows the creation of personalized courses based on each student's abilities and learning pace.
Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) is changing the way children learn. With the ability to optimize teaching, create personalized experiences, encourage creative thinking, and provide continuous feedback, A.I. brings significant benefits to both teachers and students. A.I. helps teachers easily plan lessons, create content, and even automatically grade assignments. This saves them time and allows them to focus on interacting with students. At the event, children will have the opportunity to explore many useful A.I. tools: from Google's massive information-providing Chatbot Bard, to graphic design tools tailored to their preferences like A.I. Illustrator, to unique architectural technology software. And more importantly, children can apply A.I. tools to create their own videos!

Trí Tuệ Nhân Tạo (A.I.) đã dần trở thành một phần không thể thiếu trong cuộc sống hiện đại. Chúng ảnh hưởng đến nhiều khía cạnh của xã hội. Một trong những lĩnh vực mà A.I. đang tạo ra những thay đổi đáng kể là lĩnh vực giáo dục. A.I. được ứng dụng vào việc học của trẻ, mở ra một tương lai hứa hẹn với những cách tiếp cận học tập hiện đại và tiên tiến hơn.
Trong những năm gần đây, đặc biệt trong thời kỳ Covid-19 giãn cách xã hội, cách thức công nghệ được sử dụng trong giáo dục đã mang đến thay đổi lớn cho nền giáo dục trong nước cũng như toàn cầu. Theo cuộc khảo sát của công ty Edtech Promethean, có đến 86% giáo viên và học sinh nghĩ rằng A.I. là một phần quan trọng cần có trong giáo dục.
Với A.I., việc học tập đã trở nên linh hoạt, được cá nhân hoá hiệu quả hơn. Các ứng dụng học tập tự động hóa có thể theo dõi quá trình học của học viên, tạo ra bài tập và kiểm tra tự động, từ đó giúp tối ưu hóa việc học tập và đảm bảo tiến bộ liên tục.
Đồng thời, với khả năng phân tích dữ liệu và tạo ra nội dung tương tác đã đánh bại những hạn chế của phương pháp giảng dạy truyền thống. A.I. cho phép tạo ra những khóa học cá nhân hóa dựa trên năng lực và tốc độ học tập của mỗi học viên.
Trí Tuệ Nhân Tạo (A.I.) đang thay đổi cách học tập cho trẻ. Với khả năng tối ưu hóa việc giảng dạy, tạo ra trải nghiệm cá nhân hóa, khuyến khích tư duy sáng tạo và cung cấp phản hồi liên tục. Từ đó A.I mang lại hiệu quả đáng kể cho cả giáo viên và học sinh. A.I. giúp giáo viên dễ dàng lập kế hoạch giảng dạy, tạo nội dung và thậm chí chấm bài tập tự động.
Điều này giúp họ tiết kiệm thời gian và tập trung vào tương tác với học sinh. Đồng thời, A.I. có khả năng theo dõi tiến trình học tập và tùy chỉnh nội dung phù hợp với từng học sinh, giúp họ tiếp cận kiến thức một cách hiệu quả và tăng cường khả năng tiếp thu. Khi kết hợp A.I. với học tập, A.I. luôn phản hồi liên tục, giúp học sinh có thể học được mọi lúc mọi nơi.
Từ khi còn ngồi trên ghế nhà trường, việc tiếp cận sớm với những công cụ, công nghệ mới đã khiến trẻ hình thành những thói quen tốt cho tương lai sau này. Điều này giúp trẻ nhanh chóng nắm bắt được xu hướng, quen với sự đổi mới của công nghệ, thời đại. Từ đó dễ dàng tiếp thu được những kiến thức mới.
Việc ứng dụng Trí Tuệ Nhân Tạo (A.I.) trong học tập không chỉ giúp trẻ nắm vững kiến thức mà còn tạo tiền đề cho họ gia nhập vào thế giới 5.0. A.I. giúp trẻ phát triển tư duy sáng tạo, khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, và kỹ năng tương tác với công nghệ thông minh. Học tập trở nên tương tác hơn, cá nhân hóa và hiệu quả. Nhờ sự hỗ trợ của A.I., trẻ sẽ có cơ hội chuẩn bị tốt hơn cho tương lai kỷ nguyên công nghệ 5.0, nơi mà sự kết hợp giữa con người và công nghệ đóng vai trò quan trọng.

Đến với sự kiện, trẻ sẽ có cơ hội khám phá rất nhiều công cụ A.I. bổ ích: từ Chatbot cung cấp thông tin khổng lồ Bard của Google, hay những công cụ thiết kế hình ảnh đồ hoạ theo ý thích như A.I Illustrator, đến những phần mềm công nghệ kiến trúc độc đáo. In the era of Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence (A.I) technology has profoundly transformed the music industry. With its information processing and machine learning capabilities, A.I has brought significant advancements in music creation, analysis, and interaction. A.I has unlocked new creative possibilities, allowing humans to explore music in ways unimaginable before.

The A.I-Powered Music Celebration is a unique event where children can explore and experience the world of music. The event aims to deepen their understanding of World Music Day and how the combination of music and A.I technology can influence Music 4.0.
Through engaging activities, children will use A.I technology to compose their own music, create unique melodies, and develop their creative talents. They will also have the opportunity to showcase their DIY instrument design skills, enhance their craftsmanship, and explore the music culture.
