JOB DESCRIPTION
Logistical
- Collaborate with HR to evaluate applications for Teacher and positions at designated campuses.
- Propose recommended salary levels and approving offers for Teacher candidates provided by HR
- Working with the operations department on scheduling to identify required teacher hours and overall academic staff efficiency and forecast future needs
- Ensure new academic staff are introduced to their LM (AC/ST) at their assigned campus and are fully onboarded into their roles (in line with company policy)
Academic
- Achieving target KPIs at assigned campuses
- Uphold academic standards through regular and irregular quality assurance measures
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to build academic community, service and quality
- Oversee campus-based events
- As possible teach cover classes, trials, catch-ups and a minimum of 3 regular classes (non peak hours)
- Deliver training for academic staff at a campus level
Group Supervisor responsibilities
- Track Student progress of groups
- CPR is at a standard
- Raise any concerns to necessary stakeholders
- Collaborate with teachers and liaise across departments to support with student progress and quality lesson delivery
- In cases of student difficulty or complaint, follow escalation procedures as necessary

REQUIREMENTS
- Verbal and written English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7.0 (no certification required, CV must be in English)
- Highly organized, attentive to detail and proactive problem solver
- Confident & professional communicator
- 1-year experience working in a supervisory role preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience working in education
- Have a passion for education and loves working with children
- Tech proficient - Google Suites and or Microsoft Office - not afraid of learning new skills
